SPINACH DOCK

Perennial plants, not demanding in terms of soil, drought-resistant, withstanding winter conditions well. The first leaves appear in early spring as soon as the snow melts and are much larger than those of usual sorrel. The plants grow up to 0.8 m in height. Young leaves are used for food. Suitable for salads, soups, fillings, can be frozen, canned, salted.
Advantages of using seed tapes: more abundant, better quality harvest. With adequate moisture, seeds germinate more evenly and quickly. The crop is tidy and the spacing between the rows is uniform. The soil should be watered before laying the tape. The tape should be covered with soil and watered again abundantly.
