PUMPKIN PACIFIC GIANT

Late variety. The fruits are huge, can weigh up to 150-300 kg, can be used food and decoration. The flesh is orange and is recommended for juices, salads and mashes. The plant is creeping, requiring the area of 3-5 m2 to grow. If you want huge fruits, select 3-4 prime candidates and remove other fruit and vines. For extra-large fruits, leave only 1-2 fruits per plant. Pumpkins are heavy feeders and prefer light, fast-warming sandy or loamy soil abundantly fertilized with manure. Pumpkins are sown at a soil temperature of +10-14 ºC. Harvesting is recommended immediately before frost. Ripe fruit will last until spring in a cool, ventilated room.
