Late variety grown for autumn harvest. Planted as seedlings or sown directly into the soil. Vegetation period is 180–200 days after sowing. Leaves are upright, greenish-blue, the white part of the shank is large, 25–30 cm long. Plants are resistant to -10 °C frost. Grows best in fertile, non-acidic loamy soil.
