ROCKET
A leafy vegetable grown as salad leaves. Grows quickly and does not require special soil conditions. Fresh, aromatic, peppery leaves are used in food preparation. It goes well with cheese, can be added to salads, or the leaves can be used as a garnish. It grows quickly, so multiple sowings are recommended to enjoy these aromatic leaves all summer long. Can be grown beside lettuce. Can be grown on windowsills, in pots or in outdoor beds. The best taste and nutrition are found in young leaves, which measure approximately 10–12 cm and are about 3–4 weeks old. To ensure a consistent supply, it is advisable to sow the seeds multiple times throughout the season.
