SUNFLOWER SUNSPOT GOLD

These are easy-to-grow annual flowers with bright, large inflorescences. The sunflower of this variety grows to a height of 40–60 cm. The plants are sturdy and their inflorescences are 20–25 cm wide with astonishingly bright ray florets and dark disk florets. These plants can be grown in flowerbeds or pots, and their flowers can be harvested to make bouquets. It is best to plant the seedlings for the first flowers and then sow the seeds directly into the soil for the subsequent flowers if you want to have flowering sunflowers all summer. These plants prefer fertile soil, but it is critical that they do not suffer from a lack of moisture. Sunflower seeds are susceptible to spring frosts and should be planted outside once the risk of frost has passed.
