Crusado (was Alpha) is very well-known among the professional grower and is originally from the United Kingdom.
Alpha is a variety in the early segment and produces domed, yellow/brown coloured onions with strong skin and a narrow neck, due to which the onions turn dry quickly. Alpha is very affordable.
