Perennial plant flowering in the second half of spring. They are known as one of the plants of the lowest maintenance. They are grown in flower beds, pots, flowering lawns. Plant does not require any special soil conditions. Growing in small groups of 10–15 bulbs looks best. In the beginning, it grows in small clusters, getting dense and forming a carpet with time. Excellent combination with tulips, lilies in flower beds. Low-maintenance plant preferring heavy, semi-moist and non-acidic soils. Best growing in a sunny place protected from wind. Plants stay in soil over winter, can grow in the same place for years.
