Annual, brightly coloured 50–60 cm tall flowers. Grown in flower gardens, flowering meadows. Appreciated for bright flowers and abundant flowering. No special soil conditions are required, blooms even in poor soils. If the flowers are allowed to finish blossoming, they will scatter the seeds and bloom the next year without sowing. Blooms are used in floristic compositions, dried petals retain colour for a long time. Perfectly complements other flowers: cornflowers, chamomile, eschscholzias.
